LocalEmu
LocalEmu is a free, open-source AWS emulator. Run 132 AWS services locally with one pip install: no account, no token, no telemetry. The drop-in LocalStack alternative for the AWS CLI, boto3, Terraform and CDK.
StackScope is a free public catalogue of indie launches. We find launches on Product Hunt, Hacker News and similar feeds, then crawl each site to detect its tech stack and score it for launch readiness: DNS, security headers, SEO basics. This page is what we saw on 30 June 2026; the live site may have changed since.
LocalEmu ships with the basics, with a thorough launch checklist, well-configured email security, and fast page loads. Visible gaps: missing several security headers and incomplete legal pages.
Launched on Product Hunt on June 30, 2026. The site is hosted on AWS S3 and served through AWS CloudFront, with a domain registered 12 weeks before launch. We've detected 9 technologies on this site, covering CDN, cloud, CSS frameworks, and DNS providers. The stack includes Tailwind CSS, Amazon SES, and Amazon Web Services.
It's on one of the most common stacks we track, shared by 213 launches.
